A Chrome theme designed to match Google Plus™

Recently Changed:

-Added red bar to selected tabs to match Google Plus™ even more closely!
-Changed theme to match Google Plus™ even further!
-Adjusted Backgrounds on New Tab Pages!
-Inactive tabs are now the same color. This perfectly matches what Google Plus™ really looks like.
