Overview
Org Access helps Salesforce teams manage controlled access to target Salesforce orgs from a connected hub org.
- Main screen functionality
Use the extension popup to connect to a Salesforce hub org, search available orgs and user credentials, authorize access to target orgs, and open saved sessions in normal or incognito windows. The main screen also lets you copy org IDs and session IDs when needed, mark frequently used org and user combinations as favorites, and quickly reopen the first matching result from the search box.
- Omnibox functionality
Use the Chrome address bar keyword op to search your available Salesforce org access records without opening the extension popup first. Type op, enter a search term, and choose a matching org or credential from the browser suggestions to start the access flow faster.
- Dev console functionality
Open the packaged DevConsole page from a selected user credential to work with common Salesforce development and troubleshooting tools in one place. The DevConsole includes tools for editing Apex, browsing data with SOQL, reviewing logs, running tests, exploring API requests, viewing org information, and working with project metadata.
Org Access is intended for Salesforce administrators, developers, release engineers, and support teams who need faster, auditable access to multiple Salesforce environments.
