Overview
Used with the NopoNet a free, open source, not for profit, parental control software. NopoNet is a 3rd party application that runs on the users computer and acts as a proxy that blocks websites, when the website is blocked, chrome returns ERR_EMPTY_RESPONSE. Instead of the website displaying the ERR_EMPTY_RESPONSE page, a custom html file is displayed instead showing a blue hedgehog waving his finger back and fourth saying no.
