Overview

MIT EECS AAGS Checker helps MIT graduate students identify Approved Advanced Graduate Subjects (AAGS) across multiple MIT websites. No more flipping between tabs or manually cross-referencing—the extension automatically highlights AAGS subjects wherever they appear.

[What it does]

On "Who Is Teaching What" pages:
- Adds a smart AAGS column showing which subjects satisfy requirements
- Green checkmarks for AAGS subjects
- Lists multiple subject numbers when a single row covers several classes
- Hyperlinked column header for quick access to official requirements

On Course Catalog & Subject Update pages:
- Automatically detects and annotates AAGS subjects with green superscript links
- Works on catalog.mit.edu, student.mit.edu, and www.eecs.mit.edu subject pages
- Click any AAGS annotation to jump to the official requirements page
- Real-time detection—works even on dynamically loaded content
- For just-announced subjects on "Subject Updates", inline AAGS text highlighted
