Mirror Health — Garmin Sy

Mirror Health — Garmin Sync forwards your existing Garmin Connect browser session to your Mirror Health account so Claude (by Anthropic) can answer questions about your own fitness, sleep, stress, and recovery data.

WHAT IT DOES
• Reads your Garmin Connect session cookies from outgoing requests your browser already makes to connect.garmin.com.
• Sends those cookies over HTTPS to your Mirror Health server (mcp.mirrorhealth.co) so it can call Garmin's API as you, on your behalf.
• Auto-detects your Garmin email and display name from Garmin's own profile endpoints — no manual setup.
• Notifies you when your Garmin session expires so you know to sign in again.

WHAT IT DOES NOT DO
• Does not capture or store your Garmin password.
• Does not read cookies, page content, or activity from any website other than garmin.com.
• Does not show ads, run analytics, or send your data to any third party.
• Does not use your data to train AI models.

HOW IT WORKS
1. Install the extension and sign in to Garmin Connect in your browser as you normally would.
2. The extension captures your Garmin session cookies (read-only).
3. Click the extension icon → Sync. The cookies are pushed over HTTPS to your Mirror Health account.
4. Open Claude and ask about your fitness data. Mirror Health uses the synced session to fetch the answer from Garmin.

REQUIREMENTS
You need a Mirror Health account at https://mcp.mirrorhealth.co. The extension is the bridge between your browser session and your Mirror Health backend; it has no purpose outside that flow.

PRIVACY
Full privacy policy at https://mcp.mirrorhealth.co/privacy. Cookies are stored only in your own Supabase row (row-level security, TLS in transit) and are never sold, shared, or used for any purpose other than fetching your data from Garmin when you ask Claude a question.

OPEN SOURCE
The extension is a thin shim — under 250 lines of JavaScript total, no minification, no remote code. You can inspect it before installing.
