Quick start tips (important for free accounts)

Free Google Meet
- Guest/external labels are sometimes limited.
- If you want fewer missed reminders, turn on "Always remind" under "Controls".

Free Microsoft Teams (teams.live.com)
- Free Teams can also have limited external cues.
- Keep Teams scanning enabled and use "Always remind" under "Controls" for the safest setup.
