Magnetar

Magnetar detects torrent info hashes on any webpage and sends them to your preferred download service in one click. It also includes a built-in popup and redirect blocker.

DOWNLOAD MODES

Six backends, configurable per install:
- Real-Debrid: cloud downloading with cache pre-check
- AllDebrid: cloud downloading with native cache lookup
- Premiumize: cloud storage and downloader
- TorBox: cloud downloading with native cache lookup
- RDT Client: self-hosted Real-Debrid proxy with category routing
- Local client: hands the magnet to your OS default handler (qBittorrent, Deluge, Transmission, etc.)

KEY FEATURES

Save for later. Bookmark torrents from the banner or any batch row and send them in your own time. The queue is persistent across browser restarts.

Batch panel for multi-torrent listings. Sort by name, seeders, or file size. Toggle between 25, 50, or 75 torrents shown. Per-row save bookmarks and a slide-out drawer with stats, your saved queue, and recent activity.

Universal hash detection. Six-layer detection pipeline finds magnet links, labelled hashes, structured data attributes, and broad regex matches. Works on any site without a hardcoded list. Non-torrent pages bail out in under a millisecond.

Cache checking. For supported providers, Magnetar shows whether a torrent is already cached before you send it, so you know instantly if it'll download fast. A tiered cache layer cuts repeat API calls so your provider isn't hammered.

Magnetar Shield. Built-in popup and redirect blocker that stops adversarial sites from loading. Right-click any page to add it to the blocklist. Network-level blocking via declarativeNetRequest.

Light and dark themes. Switches live across every surface, no page refresh required.

Localised in 11 languages. English, Swedish, French, German, Russian, Italian, Spanish, Danish, Romanian, Lithuanian, Czech. Auto-detects from your browser locale.

PRIVACY

Magnetar runs entirely in your browser. No analytics, no telemetry, no data collection. Network requests reach only the provider you have configured. Full privacy policy linked on the listing.
