Overview
Local Nano Chat is a privacy-first browser assistant that lets you chat with web pages directly on your device using Chrome’s built-in Gemini Nano model. It can summarize articles, discuss YouTube videos, answer questions about selected page sections, and keep multi-chat history with adjustable AI settings. The extension supports popup and full-window modes, optional summarization and language detection APIs, and never sends your page or chat content to a developer server.
