KINETIC is a beautifully designed, all-in-one fitness and nutrition tracker that lives in your Chrome browser. No accounts, no subscriptions, no servers — everything is stored locally on your device, completely private and always available.

Screens & Features

Dashboard
Get a full picture of your day at a glance. The dashboard shows your calorie ring (consumed vs. burned vs. goal), macro breakdown (protein, carbs, fat), daily steps, active minutes, water intake, and a live log of recent meals and workouts — all on one clean screen.

Log Entry
Log exactly what you ate and how you moved. Organize food entries by meal (Breakfast, Lunch, Dinner, Snack) and track workout sessions with duration and calories burned. Remove individual entries at any time.

Progress & Analytics
Visualize your trends over the past 7 or 30 days. View a calorie flux chart, macro breakdown bar chart, and weight journey line chart. Track your current weight, target weight, and change over time. Smart insights surface your average daily intake and protein trends automatically.

Settings
Customize all your daily goals — calories, protein, carbs, fat, water, steps, and target weight. Manage saved food and workout templates. Export and import all your data as a JSON backup. Reset all logged data while keeping your goals intact.

- Weight History — Log your weight over time and watch your journey unfold on a line chart with a target weight marker.
- Calorie Ring — A clear, colour-coded ring shows consumed calories, burned calories, and your daily goal in a single visual.
- Macro Bars — See your protein, carbs, and fat progress against individual goals.
- Templates — Save food and workout entries as templates for fast re-use. Manage and delete templates from Settings.
- 7-Day & 30-Day Reports — Switch between weekly and monthly views to spot patterns in calories and macros.

Data & Privacy

- 100% Local Storage — All your data lives in your browser's local storage (chrome.storage.local). Nothing ever leaves your device.
- No Account Required — There is no sign-up, no login, and no profile to create.
- No External Services — KINETIC works entirely offline. No data is sent to any server.
- Export / Import — Back up your complete history as a JSON file at any time. Restore it instantly on the same or another device.
- Reset Anytime — Clear all logged data in one tap from Settings. Your goals and templates are preserved.

Design

KINETIC features a sleek dark-mode interface with a high-contrast accent palette, smooth animations, and a layout optimised for the browser extension popup format. Typography is handled by Lexend and Inter for maximum readability at small sizes.
