Joveo Interview Schedulin

Joveo Interview Scheduling is a Chrome extension built for recruiters and hiring teams who use Cornerstone OnDemand (CSOD) as their Applicant Tracking System. It brings interview scheduling directly into your ATS workflow, so you never have to leave the candidate management page to set up, reschedule, or manage interviews.

How it works:

When you open the CSOD candidate management page, the extension adds a "Schedule with Joveo" button next to each candidate who is ready for an interview. Clicking the button opens a side panel alongside the ATS page, pre-populated with the candidate's name, email, phone number, and job title. From there, you can configure and send interview invitations without switching tabs or copying data between systems.

Key features:

Interview scheduling from the ATS Click "Schedule with Joveo" on any candidate row in CSOD. The side panel opens with the candidate's details already filled in. Configure one or more interview rounds, assign interviewers, set duration, choose a meeting type (video call, phone, or in-person), and add preparation materials. When ready, either schedule the interview immediately by picking a time slot, or send the candidate a self-scheduling link so they can choose a time that works for them.

Dashboard and calendar view The extension includes a built-in calendar dashboard that shows all your upcoming interviews for the week. Navigate between weeks, tap any day to see that day's meetings, and click into any meeting to view full details including attendees, RSVP status, meeting type, and time.

Meeting management From the meeting details view, you can reschedule or cancel interviews. Rescheduling lets you pick a new time slot from available options. Cancellation includes a confirmation step to prevent accidental changes. Both actions update all participants automatically.

Multi-round interview support Set up multiple interview rounds for a single candidate in one go. Configure each round independently with its own interviewers, duration, meeting type, and materials. Choose whether rounds should be scheduled sequentially or in parallel.

Scheduling preferences Customize scheduling timelines to control the earliest and latest windows in which candidates can book. Configure rescheduling and cancellation policies, including how much notice is required and how many times a candidate can reschedule.

Calendar integration Connect your Google Calendar, Office 365, Outlook, or Exchange calendar. The extension checks interviewer availability against connected calendars when suggesting time slots, helping avoid double-bookings.

Multi-client support If you manage hiring across multiple organizations or clients within Joveo, you can switch between them directly from the extension header. Each client maintains its own interview templates, user settings, and scheduling defaults.

How data is handled:

The extension reads candidate information (name, email, phone, job title) from the CSOD page when you click the scheduling button. This data is sent to Joveo's backend servers to create and manage interview scheduling requests. Authentication is handled through your Joveo account credentials. All API communication uses HTTPS. No data is sold or shared with third parties.

Permissions explained:

The extension requests access to specific Joveo domains (accounts.joveo.com and gateway-extension.platform.joveo.ai) to authenticate your account and communicate with the scheduling API. It uses Chrome storage to maintain your login session and pass candidate data between the ATS page and the side panel. The side panel permission is used to display the scheduling interface alongside the ATS page.
