Adds query string (actionsOrder=asc) to URL to set Action Order to Ascending for JIRA Issue (Single-)View.
Open Options to set your JIRA url (eg jira.company.com).
Works as soon filter in Options is set. (you can set it to "google.com" for functionality test on that site)
