What is the Invoco Click2Call extension?
The Invoco Click2Call extension provides click-to-call functionality within your Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software by adding a little icon beside every phone number. Simply click the icon to initiate the telephone call.
How does Click2Call work?
When you click the icon next to your CRM phone number a telephone call will automatically be initiated to your Invoco VoIP phone. When you answer the call, the far end number is dialled, just as if you'd dialled the number manually yourself.
Note: The Invoco Click2Call extension only works for Invoco Hosted PBX customers.
