Indexed Pages Finder
View on Chrome Web StoreChrome will indicate if you already have this installed.
Overview
Indexed Pages Finder helps site owners and SEO practitioners quickly see what Google has indexed for one or more domains, then export those URLs for analysis.
What it does
Queries Google Programmable Search (Custom Search API) to list indexed pages and assets.
Groups results by domain for multi-domain scans.
Shows real-time progress with smart retries on rate limits (HTTP 429).
Keeps working after you close the popup; progress persists in the background.
Exports clean JSON grouped by domain.
Key features
Multi-domain input (comma-separated)
Password-safe fields for API Key and CSE ID with show/hide toggles
Inline validation and helpful error messages
Automatic backoff + up to three start attempts on transient errors
Download JSON grouped per domain (pages and assets)
How it works
The extension’s service worker performs sequential fetches using the Custom Search API.
Progress and results are saved to Chrome storage, so the UI reflects state even after you close/open the popup.
When finished, export a domain-keyed JSON of pages and assets.
Who it’s for
Webmasters, SEOs, and developers who need quick visibility into indexed URLs for auditing and migration planning.
Permissions
Storage: persist settings and progress
Downloads: save the JSON export
Notes and requirements
Requires a Google Cloud API key with access to Custom Search API and a Programmable Search Engine (CSE ID).
If your API key is restricted by HTTP referrer, browser extension requests may appear as “<empty>” referrer. Allow requests without referrer in API restrictions if you see this error.
Privacy
The extension stores only your API key, CSE ID, domains, and fetch results locally using Chrome storage. No analytics or tracking.
Changelog (highlights)
Background persistence, smarter retries, grouped JSON export by domain, improved validation and UX.
