ImgPrompt is a Chrome extension built for AI art enthusiasts, designers, product managers, and content creators. It analyzes web images, local images, or selected screenshot areas, then turns them into high-quality prompts ready for Midjourney, ChatGPT, Gemini, Doubao, Jimeng, and other AI tools.

It supports Chinese, English, and structured JSON output, making image analysis, style recreation, asset documentation, and creative iteration much faster.

Hover over an image, right-click it, or open the floating panel to analyze the subject, composition, lighting, color palette, materials, style, mood, and image quality details.

🧩 CN / EN / JSON Output
Each analysis generates a Chinese prompt, an English prompt, and structured JSON at the same time. Ideal for AI image generation, design review, asset management, and programmatic archiving.

🖼️ Local Image Upload
Upload local images directly from the floating panel. After selecting an image, ImgPrompt shows a preview confirmation before starting the analysis.

✏️ Prompt Refinement
Continue editing an existing result with follow-up instructions. For example, enter “change the subject to a white cat,” and ImgPrompt will regenerate CN / EN / JSON outputs based on the current result.

✂️ Screenshot Selection
Use Alt / Option + S to select and analyze any visual area on a webpage, including poster details, UI designs, illustrations, product images, or video frames.

🎨 Multi-Scene Preset Templates
Built-in presets include General, Photography, Illustration / CG, Graphic Design, UI Design, Game Assets, and E-commerce Products. You can also save your own custom prompt templates.

📚 History and Starred Records
Automatically saves recent analysis results with thumbnail previews. Supports copy, delete, starred filtering, expandable details, and opening the source page by clicking the history image.

Experience Improvements:
- Fixed custom prompts not appearing or being selectable in the floating preset menu after saving.
- History is collapsed by default and expands into a cleaner card list.

- Clicking a history image now opens the source page, removing the redundant “Open source” button.
