IA Defensa New Tab Traffic Randomizer enables you to automatically open every new blank tab with a random URL, for extra traffic privacy/obscurity. You can add custom URLs to the rotation, including dynamic parameters.
(Due to its restrictions related to start pages, this extension does not natively work in Opera.)
