Health Reminder Assistant

This extension is a health reminder tool designed to help users maintain healthy work habits. It provides the following features:

1. Sitting reminder: Reminds users to take breaks after prolonged sitting periods
2. Eye care reminder: Prompts users to rest their eyes periodically
3. Hydration reminder: Reminds users to drink water regularly
4. Meal reminder: Helps users maintain regular eating schedule

No test accounts are required to test this extension. All features are available immediately after installation.

Testing instructions:
1. Install the extension and click on the extension icon to open the popup
2. Toggle the different reminder types on/off to test their functionality
3. The countdown timers will show the time remaining until the next reminder
4. When a reminder is triggered, a notification will appear
5. Advanced settings can be accessed via the "Advanced Settings" button

The extension stores all settings locally and does not collect any personal information.
