Added a context menu option, now you can right click on any page and fully refresh it :)

** for example: when you're browsing instagram explore page, if you clicked normal refresh the same content will load again no matter how many times you refreshed the page.
this extension will help you hard refresh so it load fresh content every time you click on the extension icon.
