설정한 시간마다 화면에 작은 햄스터가 나타나 점점 다가오고,
화면을 살짝 가린 채 정해진 시간 동안 함께 쉬어줍니다.
쉬는 동안 햄스터를 쓰다듬으면 하트가 뿅뿅 나와요.

• 휴식 간격(분), 다가오는 시간(초), 휴식 시간(분)을 자유롭게 설정
• 켜기 / 끄기 토글
• "지금 바로 테스트" 버튼으로 미리보기
• 열려 있는 모든 탭에 함께 등장 — 탭만 바꿔서 휴식을 피할 수 없어요
• 모든 탭이 같은 종료 시각을 공유해서 남은 시간이 똑같이 흘러가요
