Overview
HabitNudge helps small daily habits become harder to ignore.
Set up habits like drinking water, stretching, standing up, taking eye breaks, or taking a breathing break. HabitNudge watches your local schedule, tracks progress in your browser, and nudges you when a session is due.
Key features:
- Flexible daily goals and active hours
- Weekday selection per habit
- 12-hour or 24-hour time display
- Gentle, Normal, Persistent, and Focus window reminder intensity
- Default-on in-page due pop-up with Done, Snooze, and Skip
- Red toolbar badge when habits are waiting
- Prominent popup due panel
- Custom reminder messages
- Quick-start habit presets
- 14-day mini history per habit
- Local JSON export and import
HabitNudge is local-first. Habits and progress are stored in your browser with chrome.storage.local / browser.storage.local. The content script exists only to display the in-page due pop-up and send Done, Snooze, or Skip actions back to the extension. It does not read or collect page content.
Why use it?
Most reminder tools are either too quiet or too heavy. HabitNudge is for the small routines you genuinely want to build but keep forgetting while the browser is open. When something is due, it shows up in the toolbar, popup, notification, and active-page reminder so the easiest choice is to handle it now.
