GPT-Shield is an enterprise-grade AI security extension that helps prevent sensitive data, intellectual property, and high-risk business context from being sent to AI tools. It works directly inside ChatGPT and other AI interfaces to reduce data leakage and unsafe prompt submissions in real time.

Important: GPT-Shield requires an active GPT-Shield license and the GPT-Shield Desktop Agent (installed separately).
If the desktop agent is not running, the extension will display a setup status screen only.
