Overview
Removes the Chrome Promo Banner from the google search page, which appears under a few different instances, such as:
Incognito tabs, not using the chrome browser (chromium browsers don't count), etc.
Open Source, and available for viewing under the support page.

Requires incognito mode permissions.
You can enable it by going to the extensions page, looking for the "Google Promo Remover" extension, and clicking on "Details".
From there, look for "Allow in Private" and toggle it by clicking on the slider.
