Fixed "Seoul" Label Issue: Resolved a persistent data conflict where the country code "KR" was incorrectly displaying as "Seoul". Now displays "韓國 (South Korea)" correctly.

Fixed "Taiwan" Label Issue: Resolved a UI bug where Taiwan was labeled as "Keelung City". Fixed by implementing a proper root entry for Taiwan.

Japan & Korea Support: Added localized Traditional Chinese search options for popular cities in Japan (Tokyo, Osaka, etc.) and South Korea (Seoul, Busan, etc.).

UI Polish: Improved the sorting logic for Taiwan districts. "Whole City" options (e.g., 臺北市-全區) are now pinned to the top for faster access.
