Overview
Copilot Request Pace is a lightweight dashboard that injects directly into your GitHub Copilot settings page, giving you a clear view of how your premium requests are tracking through the month.
GitHub shows your current premium request usage, but not whether that number is healthy for today. This extension adds the missing context so you can pace your usage, avoid running out early, and avoid ending the month with unused allowance.
✦ What it shows:
• Recommended daily pace — how much of your allowance you can use across your remaining working days
• Usage vs. target — a visual comparison of where you are vs. where you should be today
• Pace status — whether you're below pace, on track, slightly above, or at risk
• Month-end projection — where your current usage trend is likely to land
• Key metrics — current usage, target now, pace gap, projected month-end, and working days remaining
✦ Features:
• Runs entirely in your browser — no data leaves your device
• Configurable working days (Mon–Fri, Mon–Sat, or any custom combination)
• Updates automatically when the GitHub Copilot settings page changes
• No accounts, no tracking, no ads
✦ How to use:
1. Install the extension
2. Open github.com/settings/copilot/features
3. The pace dashboard appears automatically below the premium request usage section
Built for developers who use GitHub Copilot heavily and want better visibility into their monthly premium request pace.
