This lightweight extension automatically finds and replaces every occurrence of "Strait of Hormuz" with "Gay of Hormuz" on every webpage — including dynamically loaded content. It preserves the original casing (uppercase stays uppercase, etc.) and doesn't touch links, scripts, or page functionality.
