Adds the small things the forum is missing: hover cards on usernames (avatar, post count,
account age, activity, quick actions), a chat toolbar with one-click /roll and JSON export,
@mention alerts with toast + beep, and per-user chat ignore.

Smarter than it looks: distinguishes real "Banned" tags from fake ones (people who set
"Banned" as their custom title), flags banned resellers automatically, and shows a Premium
expiry countdown in the header.

Includes themes, collapsible categories, bookmarks, undercover mode, and a screen-share-safe
privacy mode for streaming.
