Freshdesk Link Guard is an internal security extension for enterprise
support teams using Freshdesk.

Support agents handling customer emails are routinely exposed to
phishing and spam links embedded in incoming ticket messages.
Freshdesk Link Guard protects your team by scanning all anchor
elements within Freshdesk email bodies and blocking navigation to
any domain not explicitly listed in your organization's whitelist.

Key features:
• Blocks all non-whitelisted links inside Freshdesk ticket views
• Covers every click method: left-click, middle-click, Cmd+click,
right-click → open in new tab — no bypass possible
• Redirects blocked links to a safe internal page bundled within
the extension
• Fail-safe by design: if the whitelist fails to load, all links
are blocked by default
• Scoped strictly to squeeze.freshdesk.com — no other domains
are touched
• No data collection, no network requests, no remote code —
all processing is local
• Allow regular OTA 12 domains only

This extension is intended for internal enterprise use only.
It is deployed centrally via Google Chrome Enterprise policy
and is not available for public installation.

社内セキュリティ拡張機能です。

サポート担当者は日々、受信チケットのメール本文にフィッシングリンクや
スパムURLが混入するリスクにさらされています。本拡張機能は、Freshdesk
のチケット画面上のメール本文を自動的に走査し、組織のホワイトリストに
登録されていないドメインへのリンクをすべて遮断します。

主な機能：
• Freshdeskチケット内のホワイトリスト外リンクを完全ブロック
• 左クリック・中クリック・⌘+クリック・右クリック→新しいタブで開く
など、あらゆる操作方法に対応（回避ボタンなし）
• ブロック時は拡張機能内の安全なページに着地
• フェイルセーフ設計：ホワイトリストの読み込みに失敗した場合も
デフォルトでブロック側に動作
• 動作対象は squeeze.freshdesk.com のみに限定
• データ収集なし・外部通信なし・リモートコードなし（すべてローカル処理）
• 正規 OTA 12 ドメインのみを許可

本拡張機能は社内限定での利用を目的としており、Google Chrome Enterprise
ポリシーによる一元配布を前提としています。一般公開はされていません。
