Overview
Escucha activa es una herramienta que ayuda a los vendedores a centrarse más en escuchar a sus clientes potenciales que en hablar sobre su servicio o producto. Cuando un vendedor habla más de "x" segundos definido por el mismo vendedor se emite un pitido (que sólo escucha el vendedor) que avisa que está hablando mucho tiempo y es hora de hacer preguntas y escuchar al cliente potencial.
