통피/집피 구분: 하드코딩된 1727개의 통피정보로 통피/집피를 구별하여 표시합니다
메모: UID 혹은 집ip를 메모하여 글목록이나 댓글에서 동일인물을 지정한 색으로 하이라이트 표시합니다.
