Overview
CS2 Recon adds a Stats panel directly to every Steam profile you visit — no tab switching, no searching on other sites.
WHAT YOU SEE ON EVERY PROFILE
• CS Rating (Premier)
• Peak Premier rating and total wins
• Competitive and wingman rank badges, shown per map
• FACEIT level icon, ELO, total matches, and K/D ratio
• Leetify skill ratings — Aim, Positioning, Utility, and Reaction time
• Steam account age and CS2 friend code
• Commendations count
• Clips!!!
HOW IT WORKS
When you open a Steam profile, CS2 Recon silently fetches stats from multiple sources in the background:
- Steam Web API — account age, friend code, commendations
- FACEIT — rank, ELO, match history
- Leetify — Premier rating, skill ratings, rank images
- CSStats — Premier rating and wins as a fallback
If a player has no data on a given source (e.g. no FACEIT account), that row is simply not shown. Nothing is displayed unless real data exists.
PRIVACY
The extension only reads the Steam64 ID from the profile page you are already viewing. That ID is used solely to look up public stats from the services listed above. No data is collected, stored, or sent anywhere else.
REQUIREMENTS
Works out of the box. Uses your own Steam API key (bundled) to fetch account data. FACEIT and Leetify data requires valid API keys (bundled).
