Overview
Correcto helps you learn from spelling mistakes instead of skipping past them with one-click autocorrect.
When you notice a misspelled word, select it and choose "Retype with Correcto" from the context menu. Correcto shows a small practice box near the word, gives you the correct spelling, and asks you to retype it. Once you type it correctly, Correcto replaces the original word in your text.
Why it is useful:
- Practice the correct spelling at the exact moment you need it
- Retype words instead of passively accepting autocorrect
- Works in common text fields and rich editors
- Lets you practice any selected word, even if it is not a spelling mistake
- Includes a small custom dictionary for your own spelling patterns
Correcto is designed as a lightweight spelling practice companion. It does not require an account and does not send your typed text to a server.
