Cardmarket Wants Lists He

Features added to "Wants lists":
- Adds a button next to the “Add to list” button that copies the entire list in Cardmarket format (qty cardname (set))
- * New option to copy for Archidekt/ Moxfield *
- Adds a button to each row that copies that single card’s entry.
- Adds a new option to view the card directly on the table.

Features added to "Add Deck List":
- On the “Add Deck list” page, a new button reads the clipboard, parses a [cardname (set)] list, converts set codes to Cardmarket set names, and pastes the result into the decklist textarea.
- Kick preview of the hovered card.
- Added quick searcher to append cards.

Global features:
- New option to view the cards directly in the table when you are in the singles page of a vendor.
