Submit NDIS claims faster with Capsure Claim Wizard.

Capsure Claim Wizard is a Chrome extension for Capsure users that auto-fills claim forms in the my NDIS Participant Portal using invoice details already stored in Capsure.

Instead of retyping provider names, ABNs, dates, categories and amounts, Claim Wizard fills the claim form for you — saving time and reducing repetitive admin.

After a successful claim submission, the claim ID and claim date are automatically recorded back against the invoice in Capsure, helping keep your records accurate and organised.

Built for self-managed NDIS participants and nominees who want to:

• Save time on repetitive claiming
• Reduce typing and copy/paste mistakes
• Keep claim records organised
• Move from invoice to claim faster

Requirements:

• Google Chrome desktop browser
• Capsure account
• my NDIS Participant Portal access

Please note that Claim Wizard can not be used on mobile or tablet devices. This is a limitation of Google web extensions.

Portal compatibility:

Claim Wizard works with the newer my NDIS Participant Portal.
It's not compatible with the older 'my place Portal'.

Many participants are moved to the newer portal at their next reassessment.
In the meantime, you can still use Capsure and claim manually.
