Canvas by default makes you open every course to check your grade, and half
your professors disable totals anyway. Power Tools fixes that.

WHAT IT DOES

See every grade at once
Current percentage, letter, and credit hours for all your classes on one page.
Works even when professors hide totals. The extension reads from Canvas's own
API using your existing login, so grades calculate from your actual
assignment scores.

What do I need on the final
Click any course and see the exact score you need on remaining work to end
with an A, A-, B, or C. Uses the same weighted average Canvas uses.

What-if simulator
Drag sliders to try scores on upcoming assignments. Your grade updates in real
time. See how much a 70 on the final actually hurts before you take it.

Assignments view
Everything due across every class, grouped by Due Today, This Week, and Coming
Up. Stop clicking through fifteen course pages.

Calendar view
Month grid, color-coded by course, every due date in one place. Click a day to
see everything due.

Smart drop detection
Auto-finds courses that drop your lowest N assignments and figures out which
ones you can safely skip.

Manual weight overrides
Professor hasn't published assignment group weights? Click any group, type in
your own percentage, and your grade recalculates. No spreadsheets.

Curve detection
Flags classes that look curved so you don't panic at a 58 percent that's
actually a B.

Grade overrides
Professor entered the wrong grade? Manually override it so your GPA reflects
reality.

WHY IT'S FREE

Because I built it for my own classes. Paywalling a grade calculator feels
wrong.

No account. No sign-up. No data collection. Nothing leaves your browser except
the API calls you already make when you log into Canvas.

HOW TO USE IT

Install it. Go to any Canvas page. Click "Power Tools" in the left sidebar, or
press Cmd+Shift+P (Ctrl+Shift+P on Windows). That's it.
