Canadian Price Parity

Overview
Canadian shoppers waste real time and money on US sites that don't tell the truth about what something will cost in Canadian dollars or whether the same product is available north of the border.
Canadian Price Parity fixes that. When you visit a product page on a supported US retailer, a small card appears in the top corner of your screen showing the US price plus a quick CAD equivalent using the current exchange rate. One click jumps you over to a search for the same item on the leading Canadian retailers — frequently the same product at a fairer total cost once you account for FX, duty, and shipping.
For Amazon specifically, the extension uses the product's ASIN to jump you directly to the identical item on Amazon.ca where it exists.
What this extension does NOT do:
- Collect any personal or browsing data
- Track what you buy
- Share any information with third parties
All product detection happens locally in your browser. The only network requests are the ones you make by clicking through to a Canadian retailer.
Some outbound links are affiliate links. That revenue funds development of this free extension and the other free tools at AIToolPickr.com.
