── FEATURES ──
📞 Make & Receive Calls
Register any PJSIP extension on your CallExchange PBX and place or receive calls directly from your browser. Crystal-clear audio over a secure WebSocket connection.
👂 ChanSpy Whisper Mode
Supervisors can silently listen to any live call and whisper coaching to the agent in real time — without the customer hearing. Just enter the extension number and click ChanSpy.
🎵 Full Audio Experience
Dual-tone ringtone on incoming calls, ringback tone while dialling, and local DTMF feedback on every keypress. Volume control built in.
⌨️ DTMF Support
In-band RFC 2833 DTMF tones let you navigate IVR menus, enter conference PINs, and interact with any auto-attendant during a live call.
🔒 Secure & Private
All signalling runs over encrypted WSS (WebSocket Secure). Your extension credentials are stored locally using Chrome's built-in storage — never sent anywhere else.
💾 Remembers Your Settings
Extension number and display name are saved automatically so you don't need to re-enter them every time you open the phone.
