Overview
Расширение добавляет в BlueSales Messenger вкладку "Все неотвеченные", которая собирает неотвеченные диалоги из доступных каналов в единый список. Диалоги сортируются по дате последнего сообщения и открываются штатным интерфейсом BlueSales без замены основного сценария работы.
Расширение предназначено для операторов и менеджеров, которым нужно быстро видеть все неотвеченные диалоги без постоянного переключения между каналами. Настройки частоты обновления и параметров выборки сохраняются локально в браузере пользователя.
