Overview
Blop is a tiny animated creature that lives in the corner of your browser. It has no purpose. It stares at you. It judges you. It is completely useless and that is the point.
Blop has 10 moods that react to what you actually do:
😊 Happy — working in the morning, finishing a sentence
😢 Sad — idle too long, or it's past 11pm
😠 Angry — spam clicking, rage-backspacing, closing tabs fast
😨 Scared — sudden scroll, tab switch, window resize
🤨 Suspicious — you've been on YouTube for 10 minutes. It knows.
😴 Sleepy — no input for 90 seconds
⚡ Hyper — typing at 200+ WPM or copy-pasting repeatedly
😑 Judging — 30+ minutes on the same site. Still. Just staring.
🤩 Excited — first launch of the day, waking up from idle
💀 Glitching — 1% chance per minute. No trigger. Pure chaos.
All sounds are synthesised live via the Web Audio API — no audio files bundled. Blop makes zero network requests and collects absolutely no data.
Other things Blop does:
• Eyes follow your cursor at all times
• Breathes. Slowly. Always.
• Occasionally wonders "blop?" in a thought bubble
• Peeks from the screen edge when you're not looking
• Startles awake when you come back from idle
• Can be dragged, poked, and resized by scrolling over it
