Look up Bible verses quickly and easily.

Bible Verse Lookup helps you find any passage in seconds, right from your browser toolbar. Type a reference, press Enter or tap Lookup, and read the text in the Berean Standard Bible—a clear, readable translation close to familiar modern wording.

What you can do

Look up any verse — Enter references like John 3:16 or Psalms 23:1 and see the full verse text instantly.
Read in the Berean Standard Bible — Results are fetched from Scripture API and shown in a consistent, easy-to-read format.
Get a random verse when you want inspiration — Tap Random Verse to fill the field with one of several hand-picked favorites and look it up automatically. The text box is only for typing; it won’t surprise you with a random passage when you click to edit.
Work the way you expect — Press Enter in the search field to look up without reaching for the mouse.
