FILE FORMAT
Your file needs at minimum a column with URLs. Optional columns let you customize per URL:

Required column: url (also accepts: link, page, address)
Optional columns:
• removal_method — "remove-url" or "clear-cached"
• url_type — "url-only" or "prefix"

For TXT files, simply list one URL per line.
