Boost inbound call productivity by automatically screen pop to any CRM or web apps. Works with default Amazon Connect CCP.
How to use?
1 From Chrome, navigate to Settings > Extensions > Amazon Connect Screen Pop > click on Extension options (at the bottom).
2 Configure the Screen Pop URL with parameters.
3 Login to Amazon Connect CCP.
