Overview
This extension helps property owners check their material participation time required for the Short Term Rental Tax Loophole. The extension shows the time spent/(needed to be spent) across all bookings in a year to check if you comply with the 100 hours rule and ensure you spend more hours than anyone else in operating the rental. Generate spreadsheet documenting the time you spent on each booking along with other documentation.
