Overview
Abstigan filters grocery product listings on Czech, German and Austrian food delivery sites based on your dietary preferences, in real time, without reloading the page.
How it works
Install, set your filters once, and products that don't match your preferences hide as you scroll. No reloading, nothing else to configure.
Free filters
The free version covers vegan, vegetarian, and alcohol-free filtering based on product names and categories.
PRO — €2.99/month
PRO reads the actual ingredient list rather than just the product name. It scans for hidden allergens and unexpected ingredients across the full ingredient list. You can filter by any of the 14 EU-regulated allergens individually, show only locally sourced or BIO products, or filter out tobacco. Non-alcoholic beer and wine (≤ 0.5% ABV) stays visible when the alcohol filter is on.
When ingredients are ambiguous, AI-assisted classification flags uncertain results rather than silently hiding or showing them. Filters are combinable.
Privacy
The extension never sends your browsing or shopping activity to any server. Product classification runs in your browser. If you create a PRO account, we store your email for login only. Anonymous aggregate usage data helps improve the extension. Payments are handled by Stripe.
About
I'm a UX designer. I'm vegan and I don't drink. I built Abstigan because scrolling past things I'd never buy every single week got old. Now it filters them out.
