Detailed Description:
5-Minute Mental Reset is a simple browser-based tool for taking a mental break during your workday.
Click the extension icon and you'll be guided through two rounds of paced breathing (about 2 minutes total), followed by three gratitude prompts. The whole experience takes roughly 5 minutes. An animated circle expands and contracts to guide your breath; the screen dims as you reflect on what you're grateful for; and at the end you'll receive a gentle affirmation.

Works entirely offline with no data collection
The breathing pattern is based on research into breath pacing for stress reduction. Round 1 uses shorter intervals; Round 2 extends the breath for deeper relaxation.
