Overview
🔥 Turn Your Doomscrolling Into Your Fitness Trigger
You open Instagram, Reddit, or YouTube on autopilot. This extension shows a 60-second workout before you scroll. You can skip it. Or spend a minute fixing your posture and clearing your head 🔋.
⚡ How It Works
1. Install the extension
2. Add distracting sites
3. Visit one → get a 1-minute desk workout
4. Do it… or skip and continue browsing
No hard blocks. No punishment. Just a better default.
📌 Pin the extension to your toolbar and you can start a workout anytime — no need to wait for a distraction site to trigger it.
Start without an account — no sign-up required. Create a free account (no cc needed) to unlock more workouts, or go Pro for unlimited access to the full library.
💪 Why This Works
- Even a short pause breaks mindless scrolling
- One minute of movement often kills the urge to scroll
- If you skip — fine. If you move — you win
This isn't discipline. It's a nudge at the right moment.
🧠 The "Exercise Snacks" Idea
Short workouts (1–5 minutes), known as "exercise snacks," are backed by research. They're shown to:
- Improve circulation
- Reduce stiffness from sitting
- Help desk workers stay healthier without long workouts
No sweat. No gear. No schedule.
🪑 Made for Desk Workers
- Remote workers & developers
- People sitting 8+ hours a day
- Anyone trying to scroll less without guilt
🦴 Fix Your Posture While You're At It
Hours at a desk wreck your posture — forward head, rounded shoulders, tight hips. Most workouts in the library target exactly that. A few minutes a day won't undo years of sitting overnight, but consistent micro-corrections add up fast.
🔓 Open Source

🔒 Security & Privacy
Your list of distraction sites never leaves your browser. It's stored locally on your device and is never sent to our servers or any third party. The extension doesn't track your browsing history, doesn't collect analytics on which sites you visit, and doesn't phone home.
Don't take our word for it — the entire codebase is open-source. You can inspect every line yourself.
